Job Requirements:

• Proficient in operating automated sander machine, air operated grinders, orbital sanders (DA sanders), deburr tools, and assortment of files
• Detail-oriented with the ability to inspect work for quality and accuracy
• Familiarity with customer requirements and ability to review job paperwork such as job travelers and drawings
• Ability to wear personal protection equipment including but not limited to face masks, eye and ear protection
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to maintain a clean work environment
• Familiarity with AS9100 requirements
• US person status or clearance-related requirement

Skills and Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Familiarity with PC software (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Ability to work with a diverse workforce
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability
